GLOBAL PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Purpose
These Global Payment Terms & Conditions govern all payments made through Smart Travel One™, including consultation fees, memberships, professional coordination services, digital products, event services, and any future services offered through our global platform.
By submitting payment through any Smart Travel One™ payment channel, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Payment Terms.
2. Global Payment Structure
Smart Travel One™ operates as a global coordination platform utilizing authorized corporate entities, regional offices, and approved payment infrastructures to facilitate secure international transactions.
The corporate entity responsible for your payment depends on your geographical region, applicable regulations, and the payment method selected during checkout.
3. Regional Billing Entities
Payments may be processed by one of the following entities:

Transactions originating from North America, South America, Europe, Asia, Oceania, and other applicable international jurisdictions may be processed by:

Delaware, United States
African Regional Operations
Transactions originating within Africa may be processed through the Smart Travel One Regional Office or another authorized regional payment entity designated by Smart Travel One™.
The applicable payment entity will be identified during the checkout process where required.
4. Base Currency
The standard pricing currency of Smart Travel One™ is:
United States Dollar (USD).
Where local payment methods are available, prices may be converted into local currencies using exchange rates provided by authorized payment processors.
Currency conversion rates are determined by financial institutions and payment providers.
Smart Travel One™ is not responsible for exchange-rate fluctuations, bank conversion fees, or card issuer charges.

7. Payment Authorization
By completing a payment, you confirm that:
you are authorized to use the selected payment method;
all payment information provided is accurate;
sufficient funds are available;
the transaction has been authorized by the account holder.
Fraudulent use of payment methods is strictly prohibited.
8. Consultation Payments
Consultation fees become payable immediately upon confirmation of the booking.
A confirmed payment secures the requested consultation slot.
Consultation fees compensate Smart Travel One™ for professional time allocation, preparation, coordination, and administrative processing.
9. Calendly Integration
Certain consultations require payment before access to the online scheduling system.
Where payment has been successfully completed but the automatic redirection to the booking calendar fails, clients should promptly contact the appropriate Smart Travel One™ Global Help Desk with proof of payment.
Reasonable assistance will be provided to complete the reservation process.
10. Membership Fees
Membership subscriptions, where applicable, become effective after:
successful payment;
completion of required verification;
acceptance of applicable membership policies.
Membership benefits may vary according to membership category.
11. Digital Products
Payments for downloadable materials, educational publications, reports, templates, training materials, and other digital products are generally final once access has been granted.
Exceptions may apply where required by applicable consumer protection laws.
12. Service Pricing
Prices published on Smart Travel One™ platforms may change periodically.
Unless otherwise stated, pricing does not include:
taxes;
government fees;
visa fees;
banking charges;
airline charges;
hotel charges;
third-party provider costs.
These costs remain the responsibility of the client unless expressly included in a written quotation.
13. Taxes
Clients remain responsible for any taxes, duties, withholding obligations, banking charges, or governmental fees applicable within their own jurisdiction.
Where Smart Travel One™ is legally required to collect taxes, those amounts will be displayed where reasonably practicable.
14. Refund Policy
Because Smart Travel One™ allocates professional resources immediately after confirmation, the following policy generally applies:
Consultation Fees
Consultation fees are normally non-refundable.
Membership Fees
Membership fees are governed by the applicable membership agreement.
Digital Products
Digital products are generally non-refundable once delivered.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests may be considered where:
duplicate payments occurred;
unauthorized technical errors are confirmed;
applicable law requires a refund;
Smart Travel One™ determines that exceptional circumstances justify reimbursement.
15. Rescheduling
Consultations may normally be rescheduled up to twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled appointment using the booking link provided.
Requests received after this period may be treated as missed appointments.
16. Missed Appointments
Failure to attend a confirmed consultation without prior notice may result in forfeiture of the consultation fee.
Repeated missed appointments may affect future booking eligibility.
17. Chargebacks
Clients agree to contact Smart Travel One™ before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in:
suspension of services;
termination of membership;
refusal of future services;
recovery of associated administrative costs where permitted by applicable law.
18. Fraud Prevention
Smart Travel One™ reserves the right to suspend, delay, reject, or cancel transactions where fraud, identity theft, payment abuse, sanctions concerns, or other unlawful activity is reasonably suspected.
Additional verification may be requested before services commence.
19. AML & KYC Compliance
Where required by applicable laws, banking regulations, or payment providers, Smart Travel One™ may request:
identity documents;
proof of address;
source-of-funds documentation;
additional compliance information.
Failure to provide requested information may prevent service delivery.
20. International Sanctions Compliance
Smart Travel One™ does not knowingly facilitate transactions that would violate applicable international sanctions, anti-money laundering requirements, export control regulations, or other legal obligations.
Transactions may be declined where necessary to comply with applicable laws.
21. Force Majeure
Payment processing delays caused by events beyond the reasonable control of Smart Travel One™, financial institutions, or payment processors—including natural disasters, cyber incidents, governmental restrictions, telecommunications failures, or widespread banking disruptions—shall not constitute a breach of these Payment Terms.
22. Payment Records
Clients are encouraged to retain payment confirmations, invoices, receipts, and transaction references for future correspondence.
Smart Travel One™ may request payment references to assist with support inquiries.
23. Amendments
Smart Travel One™ may update these Payment Terms periodically to reflect changes in applicable laws, payment technologies, financial regulations, operational requirements, or business practices.
The latest version will always be published on the official website.
