Smart Travel One LLC does not own, control, or directly operate these third-party organizations.

All third-party services remain subject to the independent terms, conditions, licensing, operational capacity, and legal frameworks of the respective provider.

No Medical or Insurance Services

Smart Travel One LLC does not provide:

travel insurance
health insurance
medical diagnosis
medical treatment
security operations
emergency medical care
emergency extraction services

Any clinical or continuity-related support facilitated through third-party providers remains under the exclusive responsibility of the respective licensed provider.

Continuity Activation Limitations

Continuity coordination and operational activation pathways are subject to:

airport access
provider readiness
weather conditions
operational feasibility
geopolitical conditions
governmental approvals
infrastructure availability
jurisdictional authorization

Smart Travel One LLC cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, specific response timelines, or service availability in all environments.

Membership Structure

Membership programs, including Sovereign Circle™, provide access to coordination ecosystems, advisory structures, and priority continuity frameworks.

Membership does not constitute:

an insurance policy
guaranteed extraction rights
a guaranteed service contract
guaranteed admission to facilities
guaranteed transportation availability

Additional operational costs may apply depending on the nature and scope of requested coordination services.

Confidentiality and Discretion

Smart Travel One LLC maintains strict confidentiality standards concerning client information, mobility profiles, and operational coordination activities.

However, certain information may be shared with vetted third-party providers where reasonably necessary for service coordination, continuity planning, or operational execution.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Smart Travel One LLC shall not be held liable for:

Clients acknowledge that international mobility and continuity-related operations may involve variables beyond the reasonable control of Smart Travel One LLC.

Client Responsibilities

Clients remain responsible for:

providing accurate information
complying with immigration laws
maintaining valid travel documentation
maintaining appropriate insurance coverage where required
complying with medical or governmental requirements applicable to their destination jurisdictions

No Guarantee of Outcome

Smart Travel One LLC coordinates access to continuity ecosystems and strategic support frameworks but cannot guarantee:

visa approvals
medical outcomes
transportation access
continuity activations
institutional approvals
immigration outcomes
governmental permissions

Intellectual Property

All proprietary frameworks, continuity systems, branded structures, methodologies, visual identities, and strategic coordination models displayed within the Smart Travel One LLC ecosystem remain the intellectual property of Smart Travel One LLC.

Unauthorized reproduction, duplication, distribution, or commercial imitation is prohibited without prior written authorization.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction under which Smart Travel One LLC is incorporated, without prejudice to applicable international operational regulations involving third-party providers.
