6. Membership
Certain Smart Travel One™ services are available exclusively to approved members.

15. Intellectual Property

16. Limitation of Liability

18. Suspension and Termination
Smart Travel One™ reserves the right to suspend or terminate services where:
fraudulent activity is suspected;
false information has been provided;
abusive behaviour occurs;
payment obligations remain outstanding;
applicable laws require suspension;
these Terms have been materially breached.
19. Changes to Services
Smart Travel One™ continuously develops its services.
We may improve, modify, replace, discontinue, or introduce services as part of our ongoing innovation and operational development.
20. Governing Law
These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the contracting Smart Travel One entity responsible for the relevant transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.
Where mandatory consumer protection laws apply in a client’s jurisdiction, those mandatory rights remain unaffected.
21. Dispute Resolution
The parties agree to first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith discussions.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties may pursue the remedies available under the applicable governing law and competent jurisdiction.
22. Amendments
Smart Travel One™ may update these Terms periodically to reflect legal developments, operational improvements, technological changes, or service enhancements.
